Carrie Vipperman

Client Service Associate

Carrie is passionate about serving others. She thrives behind the scenes and seeks to bring organization, efficiency, and thoughtful care to whatever she does, whether at work, with her family, or serving her local church.

Professional Experience

Carrie graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in 2003 with a degree in English. Shortly after that, she and her husband moved overseas, where they served in ministry together for 7 years in Asia. In addition to her ministry experience, Carrie has put her organizational skills to work in high-end retail sales, administrative roles in busy school offices, and as the editor of Grit and Virtue's online magazine. Throughout all these professional roles, one thing has become very clear: she has a gift for organization and communication and finds joy in serving others and helping her team succeed.

Personal Summary

Carrie has a deep love for the Lord and His people and regularly serves in her local church.  She married the love of her life, Vip, in 2003, and together they have 3 amazing children.  She loves hunting for beauty, whether that be through reading, music, art, fashion, or a delicious meal, but her family’s favorite pastime has become exploring nature together as they work on visiting as many National and State Parks as possible.  Their goal is always the same: to feel small as they marvel at the beautiful world God created.
